Important Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read this page in full before submitting a request. Your request will be processed within 30 days.

Request Your Account Deletion

To request that your Bull Up account and associated data is deleted, follow the steps below. Deletion requests are handled manually and processed within 30 days of receipt.

  1. Send an email to our support address

    Email us at support@bullup.co.uk, using the email address registered to your Bull Up account.

  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

    This ensures your request is routed correctly and processed without delay.

  3. Include your account details

    In the body of your email, include your registered email address and, if known, your Bull Up username or account ID. This helps us locate your account quickly.

  4. Confirm your request

    State clearly that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data. You'll receive a confirmation email once your request has been received and again when deletion is complete.


Data Deletion & Retention

The table below specifies exactly what data is deleted, what is retained, and for how long. All personal data is removed within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request.

Retained 7 years Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by UK financial regulations. No payment card data is stored by Bull Up — payments are handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe.
Aggregated/anonymous data
(usage statistics)
Anonymised Where data has already been aggregated and anonymised (e.g. total matches played across the platform), it cannot be individually identified or removed.
Confirmation Once your deletion is processed you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 days of your request, please follow up at [email protected].

Delete From Within the App

You can also submit a deletion request directly from within the Bull Up app:

  1. Open the Bull Up app

    Sign in if you aren't already.

  2. Go to Settings

    Tap the profile icon, then select Settings from the menu.

  3. Tap "Delete Account"

    Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm before the request is submitted.
